Our client, an HR and payroll service provider for companies in the transport and distribution industry, managed nearly 10,000 driver accounts across multiple companies. Customer and driver account management, as well as coordination of sales representatives, was handled through numerous spreadsheets and scattered systems. The lack of centralization and automation led to inefficiencies and difficulties in scaling the business.

The initial goal was to develop a dedicated system to automate HR operations and to implement a CRM system for the sales team, including automation of fleet management for sales representatives.
